Aric just kept saying "petty, petty" and pointing. It was so cute!
They walked up this row for a ways, and then came back. This field was so neat, it looked like candy with all the different colors.
April brought her AG doll. I think her doll had a good time, and she was the only one that didn't get muddy.
Aric fell in the mud, he DIDN'T like that. But, here's a picture after he got over it. Everytime he looked down he would worry though, and say "uh oh, dirty". I just had to keep reminding him that we would wash it.
Aric getting excited about the bright orange and whites!
We found a few broken off tulips, so we snapped a picture of this one. You can't pick the tulips though, so we put it back.
Love the big wooden shoes!
Lookin' at these pretty blue things. Guess I should have looked at the tag to see what they were.
Aric counting the pretty blue things. And, yes, he carried that blue car almost the whole time, it even got a little muddy too.
Aaron had fun in the mud, he didn't accidently fall. He was dancing in the mud! Ha ha, it was pretty fun!
The duckie races! I couldn't get Aric away from this. Here are both boys pumping the water.
Aric liked to put the duckies in the gutter, and someone would pump the water down.
Go duckie go!
He still wanted to play! We were all ready to go do something else, I think he's telling me no right here.
Saying peek-a-boo to the little tulip girl.
I just love this one, he could almost fit himself in that giant wooden shoe! So cute!
This is the other one I had a hard time getting Aric out of, the little play house in the garden area. It has some play food and pans, and a little kitchen. He loved it. So while he played in there, just around the bush on the left the older kids played badmitton.
Here's a close up of the inside of the house. See his muddy pants, it dried!
As soon as we left in the car, it started sprinkling on the windshield. Perfect timing, I'm glad it waited until we left. We are definitely going to go back, we got the season pass because we usually go more than once. And, just incase you are wanting more information about this tulip festival, it's at the wooden shoe tulip farm.
